INTRODUCTION

In our day to day lifestyles, we are motivated by a thing or by diverse persons. Even after getting
motivated by several people, all of us have someone or something in our lives who truly
motivates us. This option might indeed vary from individual to individual. All of us are striving
to achieve accomplishment in our lives. Inspiration that can hardly contribute a significant

As we get older, we establish a few objectives for ourselves and begin to fantasize regarding
those. We tend to follow the individual who is very motivating in our lives in terms
of strengthening our abilities, understanding, and confidence.

We frequently begin with happy moods and excellent optimism, aiming for the proper target, but
as soon as we encounter problems and barriers, we lose interest and encouragement.

Our mentors can inspire us to conquer obstacles since they have confronted and conquer many.
They demonstrated that no major difficulty is too big to confront; in reality, a few
important people have faced seemingly unconquerable difficulties.

Across the whole of heritage, there have been other individuals whose storylines of glory over
hardship or distinctive thoughts have had an enduring worldwide and landmark influence. Of
been influenced by other people can make us stronger and recognize what we are capable of.

all important career skills.

DEFINITION OF MOTIVATION

alters our perspective on living. It assists us in progressing forward in our lives by positively
expelling all living obstacles. This as well contributes to our belief in our own authority and

The moment we see great attributes in someone else, we would like to have to emulate them in
our own lives. It alters our outlook on life. This could eventuate only while we are inspired by

A multitude of human beings and events in my daily existence have motivated me. According to

I have always loved the cultural fashion of my country, Bangladesh. Therefore, Bibi Russell has
motivated me since childhood by using the Bengali elements in her designs. We often happen
to expect Bibi Creations to focus rather on organic and hand crafted products. Her merchandise
contains no synthetic materials or coloring agents. She demystifies the styles and creates our
personal style. Her shawls and jewelries are quite popular. Brightly colored denims, saris,
bracelets, and sophisticated blouses for youngsters were among her styling successes. It was a
violent uprising. Her Gamcha and rickshaw motivated fashion has gone global. A well-known
distinctive look.

to Bangladesh while she could’ve conveniently stay on the overseas land. But her pure love for
Bangladesh made her attempt to revitalize our handmade garment sector. Rather than riding

Bibi was the 1st and only female student from Bangladesh educating in London College of
Fashion. Bibi finished her college in 1975 and right after she has been selected for Yves Saint
Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Karl Lagerfeld fashion projects.

Despite being the top couturiers glamorous model in 1980, Bibi decided to return to her native
estate, Bangladesh for creating "innovative clothing style". Today approximately 30,000 weaver
stuffs are working for her across the country.

In order to chase her aspirations Bibi decided to sell her home and belongings. She began to
spend her life rather in villages and the top glamorous model moved through roads due to the
self-sustaining assignments. "Poverty is being sold by people, however in poverty I have sold the
beauty," through this phrase Bibi's work is defined by herself.

CONCLUSION

Our nation, Bangladesh, needs all of our kindness and care, as do the residents of other nations.
It has provided us with every type of liberty and assets required to live a desirable benchmark of
living. As a result, we have an ethical commitment to fulfill a couple of promises to it. Duty to
each individual 's home nation does not have to be compelled; this has to emerge from
individual’s sense of morality.

Other motivating personalities in Bangladesh, like Bibi Russell, have inspired us to do something
for the nation, by abandoning their careers for the nation. Their compromises have motivated and
taught us the importance of nationalism in our lives. As a result, we must fulfill all of our
responsibilities to our home nation in order to generate it a comfortable region to reside and to
represent our nation to the rest of the world. The nation in which all residents fulfill their
socioeconomic, and spiritual responsibilities and motivates our residents in doing the similar for
the nation is said to be much more thriving.
