AUTHORITY TO SELL

I, JIMMY DY, Owner of the property, swear that I will give the Five Percent (5%)
Commission on the total agreed-upon price to the listed Agents, and if ever there will be an
Over Price from the authorized price made on the property automatically go to the said
Agents/Broker as an incentive. However, if the sale is closed lower than the authorized price
but as approved by the undersigned Seller then the commission of the listed Agents remains in
full force and effect.
