CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT TO SELL is made and executed in, ____________________, Philippines on this

___________________, single of legal age, Filipino, and resident of ___________________,


Lucban, Quezon, and hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR”

And

___________________________, married of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at ______________


and hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”

WITNESSETH THAT

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land located at Brgy. Ayuti,
Lucban, Quezon, covered by TCT No. T-7090 issued by the Registry of Deeds for _________________.
Such parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“An agricultural land (Lot No. 2869, Cad. 340 D), situated in the Barrio of Ayuti, Municipality of
Lucban, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon, Philippines. Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6, by
Lot 2866, Cad. 340-D, along lines 6-7 by Lot 2870, Cad. 340-D, along lines 7-8-9 by Lot 2871, Cad. 340-D;
on the S., along lines 9-10-11, by Communal Road; on the W., along lines11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18, by
Lot 2304, Cad. 340-D; along lines 19-19, by Lot 2860, Cad. 340-D, on the N., along lines 19-20-21-22-23-
24-25, by Botocan River, and on the E., along lines 25-1, by Lot 2867. Cad. 340-D. Beginning at a point
marked 1 of Lot 2689, Cad. 340-D, being N. 36 deg.30’W., 3882.78 m. free BLLM No. 1, Cad. 340- D.

thence N. 76 deg. 48’W., 65.25 m. to point 2; thence S. 57 deg. 28’W., 65.55 m. to point 3;
thence S. 14 deg. 02’W., 47.95 m. to point 4; thence N.66 deg. 14’ E., 15.96 m. to point 5;
thence S. 17 deg. 17’E., 82.31 m. to point 6; thence E. 37 deg. 05’ E., 24.66 m. to point 7;
thence S. 70 deg. 14’W., 32.54 m. to point 8; thence S. 00 deg. 21’W., 68.16 m. to point 9;

WHEREAS; the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the above-
described parcel of land subject to the Terms and Conditions hereinafter sethforth.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the payment of the
agreed purchase price in the manner and form herein stipulated, the VENDOR hereby agrees to SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE his heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest. The VENDEE
hereby agrees to BUY the PROPERTY subject to the following terms and conditions:

Contract Price:

The Contract Price for the sale of the PROPERTY shall be ______________________ (PHP _________)
