AFFIDAVIT

I ESTHER WAMBUI GITAU, holder of Identity Card number 5216621 and of P.O. Box
number 13–00217, Limuru, do hereby make oath and state as follows:-

1. THAT I am a Kenyan adult of sound mind thus competent to swear this affidavit.
2. THAT I am the owner of a plot of land measuring quarter acre located at
Githarane village in Ndeiya ward, Limuru sub-county, Kiambu county.
3. THAT plot records with the Kiambu County Government erroneously recorded
my name as ESTHER WAMBUI WAINAINA instead of ESTHER WAMBUI
GITAU.
4. THAT the surname WAINAINA was wrongfully and erroneously added in my
name instead of GITAU.
5. THAT I swear this affidavit to the Kiambu County Government requesting that
my plot records be rectified so that I can be issued with ownership documents for
my plot.
6. THAT all what is deponed hereto is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
