Main Duties & Responsibilities.
 Perform monthly inspection on fire extinguishers and report any failure and difficulties to
QHSE Manager.
 Check availability of first aid facilities, items, medicines at location and report to QHSE
Manager if procurement is necessary.
 Check quality of PPE items received in accordance with company requirements and standards
and make sure of proper use by employees.
 Perform monthly inspection on company vehicles and report any failure and difficulties to
QHSE Manager.
 Supervising the maintenance program for all equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.) to ensure all
equipment is in safe working order.
 Ensuring all Material Safety Data Sheets ("MSDS") for all materials to be loaded / off loaded,
including copies of MSDS for each vessel.

• Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day operation activities of Operators
and Technicians and ensuring jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner by providing
