Carrier Mexico has a secure chain committee made by leaders in
logistics, security and foreign trade of the plants. This committee
has in one of it´s functions maintaining the compliance of the
considered requirements in the secure chain programs CTPAT &
OEA. The bases of the activities of the security chain committee
find sustenance in the procedures of these departments also in the
annual work plan of the supply chain programs.
The procedure SEG-P-PAT-29. Procedure of evaluations and audits
in which is stablished the plan of internal crossed audits between
plants, scheduling once a year with the objective to identify
opportunity areas inside the company. These evaluations are under
the responsibility of the security chain committee whose leader
coordinates it, which renovation of the position is once a year.

• Risk analysis of the facilities, people and company operations.
• Physical inspections of the facilities
• Control of external and internal illumination that allows the
surveillance.

• Correct use of security seals supplied by authorized staff and
photos of the load and unload procedure.
• Procedures for the handling of load and unload of the goods, also
