著名画家郑思肖擅长画兰，宋亡之后，元朝统治者请他作
画，被他拒绝，令统治者大为难堪，据说从此后，他画的
兰花都是露根无土的。
Zheng Sixiao, a famous painter, was good at painting orchids. After the fall of the Song Dynasty,
the ruler of the Yuan Dynasty asked him to paint, but he refused, which embarrassed the ruler.
It is said that since then, the orchids he painted were rooted and soilless.
