    Through this letter will advise the operations of Premet SA de CV Company are now
    merging with ESJ SA de CV Company, is a result of creating a Metal-mechanic sector
    inside Punto Alto Group. In this consolidation, the operation processes such as: Sales,
    Purchase, Manufacture, Distribution etc. will have a gradual transition between companies,
    the previous depend in which part of the process the customer project or purchase order
    are, looking for a complete integration in January 2020.

    Also our product portfolio will be reviewed and redesigned, with this we pretend to
    reinforce our position inside the market and give clarity of our services to actual and future
    customers in all sectors we serve.
