manufacturing workshop in Istanbul, Turkey in 1990,has turned

01 From the moment you decide to become our dealer, we do not assign an
authorized customer representative for you. This representative will serve
you directly at all registration stages for your dealership process.
02 Your dealership form is filled in line with the information you provide.

All written and visual documents of our company are sent to you via
e-mail.

04 As PergoMilliona company, we have 2 types of dealership methods. At this

stage, you can choose between our Showroom Packaged Dealership and
Free Dealership method.

Your transactions are started according to the Franchise Type you have
05 chosen. Our expert teams come to a positive or negative decision after
examining your application in detail.

TYPES OF DEALERSHIP
Our company Pergomilliona has 2 types of dealership systems.
1. Type Franchise System: Showroom Package Dealership

2. Type Franchise System: Free Package Franchise (Non Showroom)

01 What is Showroom Packaged Dealership System?

We recommend the Showroom Packaged Dealership system for our entrepreneurs
who want to establish an advanced business with high capital. With this dealership
system, you can open a shop in your region and exhibit our pergola products. The
fee for this franchise type (€12,000)
* We will send 3 300x300mm pergola products with 65% discount to all our dealers
participating in our Showroom Packaged Dealership System, to display in their
shops.

* We will do the Digital Advertising Works of our Dealers by our Professional Teams.
Thanks to the advertising activities, we will reach our dealers to potential
customers in the country where they are located.

* We will conduct business development and performance enhancing activities by

holding sectoral trainings and video conferences at certain periods for all our
dealers.

* In order to ensure coordination and sectoral cooperation among our dealers, we

will hold inter-dealer coordination and cooperation meetings in certain periods.

* The warranty and responsibility of all Pergola products that we will deliver from
our factory to our dealers belong to our Pergomilliona General Directorate.

* We have a PergoMilliona spare parts supply chain to deliver our product spare
parts to our dealers quickly. We will provide you with easy solutions in terms of
logistics.

* We will supply Pergola products with 50% discount to all our dealers.

 02 What is Free Package Franchise System? (non showroom)
We recommend the Free Package Dealership System for our entrepreneurs who
want to establish a start-up and medium-level business. With this dealership
system, you can work with us without opening any showroom. The fee for this
franchise type (€5,000)

*We will do the Digital Advertising Works of our Dealers by our Professional Teams.
Thanks to the advertising activities, we will reach our dealers to potential customers
in the country where they are located.

* We will conduct business development and performance enhancing activities by

organizing sectoral trainings and video conferences at certain periods for all our
dealers.

* In order to ensure coordination and sectoral cooperation among our dealers, we

will hold coordination and cooperation meetings between dealers at certain times.

* Warranty and responsibility for all our Pergola products that we will deliver from
our factory to our dealers belong entirely to our Pergomilliona General Directorate.

* We have a pergomilliona spare parts supply chain to deliver our product spare
parts to our dealers quickly. We will provide you with easy solutions in terms of

ACADEMY
Based on our 32 years of experience as PergoMilliona, we believe that
commercial development will be possible through experience and
technical training. We want to provide the best service to our customers
and dealers by constantly following the latest.

We will organize some trainings and meetings based on the transfer of

experience within the PergoMilliona Academy for all our entrepreneurs
who get dealership from our company PergoMilliona. Some of these
activities are:

4.MONTHLY DEALER EVALUATION MEETINGS

TECHNICAL TRAININGS; It covers all of the

technical trainings to be given by our
professional teams for the design, production
and assembly stages of Pergola products.

MARKETING TRAININGS: It includes pergola sales

and marketing trainings to be given by our
professional sales specialists for dealer
personnel who sell pergola.

EXPERIENCE TRANSFER BETWEEN DEALERS: Every

experience is valuable for us. By increasing the
coordination between our dealers, we will
organize experience transfer events between
dealers, where sales experiences will be
explained and observations on customer
relations will be discussed.
 DEALER EVALUATION MEETINGS:
Each of our dealers is of great
importance to us. These are the
meetings we will hold with dealer
managers in certain routines to
develop our dealers, to solve their
problems in a timely manner,
to examine and increase dealer
sales performance by our expert
teams.
