 Evaluate the four level vision of people.

Indeed there are these four types of people in a group of people. The wanderers,
followers, achievers, and leaders. The wanderers are people who don’t like to be in a team
or they don’t want to work in achieving the goal with others because they themselves
doesn’t know what they want. Then there are followers. They are the ones who enjoy
working in accomplishing the task, rather than supervising or commanding others, they like
the be commanded. Achievers are people who are very determined and outstanding in
whatever they do. They get the work done efficiently and they are very effective workers, in
companies, they are most likely to be promoted or given certificates for being employee of
the month. Then there’s the leader. There are people that are leaders because they have a
knack in leading people. They are good at supervising, dividing work, managing, and
planning. They have the ability to motivate others and sees the overall picture of the team.

So many people live without knowing what is life. There are people who wander and
are constantly trying to find something or rather, themselves, that after all the years spent,
time wasted, is still not able to define or know who they truly are. They seem to feel like
they are stuck, that they are not sure of what they should do and what should happen in
their lives. They are still in question of their identity, their preferences, goals, ambitions,
likes and dislikes or their very purpose of breathing, trying to find answers for their train of
thoughts and their weary hearts.

Leaders would cease to exist if there wouldn’t be any followers in this world. The
best followers make the best leaders because they carry out the tasks that the leader has
given out. Some people choose to be followers because they have the potential or skills
needed in doing the task rather than leading others. They are willing to cooperate and make
use of what they can offer to accomplish the mission. They understand the value of their
efforts and contributions to the overall success of the team and they just enjoy participating
in a group and prefer to step back.
