SUBJECT: Coram Community Post Office

Last Day of Delivery

Dear Box Holder:

We want to thank you for using the Coram Community Post Office as a point of delivery for your mail. We
appreciate the partnership we have had with the owners and staff of the Coram GPO, providing Post Office
Boxes and postal services to the community of Coram, Montana.

This notice serves to inform you that the current provider has chosen to terminate the contract recently
negotiated and we will be forced to close this CPU. The last day of delivery to the P.O. Boxes will be April 8,
2023. However, it is our full intention to provide service at another, yet undetermined location. We do not
anticipate any interruption to your mail service.

While we realize that the date of the closing is several months out, it is important for USPS to communicate
any changes to our customers. At this time, the USPS is currently looking for another provider who will
continue USPS services in Coram, Montana.

This is an excellent opportunity for steady income for a business owner that also provides a valuable
community service. Any potential partners should be directed to me for next steps.
