NOTICE OF MEETING

MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CONDUCTED MEETING PROVIDING FOR

THE SECURITY PLANNING AND PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING
INTER-AGENCY AGENCY CHRISTMAS AND BODONG FESTIVAL
CELEBRATION 2023 AT THE GRAND ZION GARDEN RESORT HOTEL, INC,
TABUK CITY, KALINGA ON DECEMBER 9, 2022, 9:00 am.

The meeting was presided by Atty. John Paul S. Baguiwan, Provincial Legal Officer.
He reminds and ask for the tasking and timeline for the designation regarding for
the Christmas Program.

Major Garry S. Gayamos said with the regards for the Christmas Party provisions for
Security and designation of parking areas will be having a meeting coming from the
LGU’s and the Municipal Mayor and the BFP will provide assistance and security
defend including the designation parking areas during Christmas Party because that
is the one problem within the areas the Traffic.

John P. Leyaley one of the KABALIKAT are voluntarily to help for assistance and
also Sir Dayagan said they were utilizing rescues and first aids for the said activities.

The possible concerns and suggestions during the Christmas Program and the
Kalinga Bodong Festivals are:
