    ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (ECQ)

    Subject: Wearing of Face Mask & Other Precautionary Measures for Covid-19

    Amidst the recent developments on the Corona virus pandemic, Management strictly requires all
    employees, who report for work during the period of the enhanced community quarantine
    (ECQ) to comply with the following precautionary measures:

    § Always wear face mask in and out of the workplace


    § Avoid close contact with anyone, maintain physical distance (at least 6 feet apart)
    § Regularly clean your hands with soap and water or 70% alcohol
    § Clean your personal workspace before and after work

    These measures should be practiced at all times. Wearing of face masks however for VisMin
    operations should be strictly followed as soon as face masks supplies are already available and
    issued to the employees.

    The chances that we get in contact with the virus anytime without us knowing it, is very high.
    Hence, let us prevent the spread of Covid-19 and protect ourselves and everyone around us
    from it.
