Reconsider after final Grade 12 results means that:

1. You do not meet the minimum admission requirements for the above mentioned qualification with
your final Grade 11 results.
2. Applications that did not meet the minimum admission requirements based on their final Grade 11
results will automatically be taken into consideration based on their final Grade 12 results.
3. You will not be required to submit your final Grade 12 results in January/February 2023 as we will
receive it electronically from the Department of Basic Education.
4. If you meet all the minimum admission requirements and/or selection criteria, your application will be
ranked based on your final Grade 12 results and space availability. Meeting the minimum admission
requirements does not guarantee admission for this qualification.
5. There is no need for you to come to the University in January/February 2023 to verify your status. We
will send you an e-mail to confirm your application status.
6. Please note that the minimum APS for the above-mentioned qualification is:

recommends that you achieve the average APS as indicated in the table above (this APS is based
on the average APS score of the previous years registered students for this qualification).However,
meeting this average APS score does not guarantee admission for this qualification.
