We help our clients make sure that application engineering and testing is executed in lock step with
business objectives to optimize performance. We define, develop, and test meaningful business
workload scenarios that come as close as possible to an actual day in the life of the application. 

To achieve this, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professionals like you with varied
skillset and experiences.

I. CONSULTANT:
You will:
Provide necessary project management support in the form of guidance to project managers, which
includes identifying opportunities to standardize the project-related governance processes, supporting
project resources, methodologies & tools.

Responsibilities:
 Monitor onboarding and off boarding of resources activity including access management
 Support Artifact / Deliverable Management processes, including:
o Monitoring and reporting timely submission of client deliverables like FDDs, TDDs etc.
o Collation and initial quality review of deliverables for submission
o Assist checklist driven as well as quality plan driven quality reviews
 Maintain process documents and template updates
 Maintain and configure Project Management tools
 Maintain resource trackers and other forecast information of the project
 Assist project teams with the timely identification, management and resolution of action items,
risks, and issues
 Prepare executive status reports with high level of accuracy
 Independently prepare project and program communications like AHM decks, PTO mailer etc.
 Participate and prepare materials for meetings
 Monitor Quality Assurance Activities like adherence to compliance items and escalate risks/
issues to team leader
 Review time reports and follow up with any resources to ensure that any missing time is
captured and recorded correctly
 Coordinate project/ team events like team outings, team dinners etc.
 Work plan management across multiple projects
 Work on ad-hoc tasks as directed by leadership, in a timely manner with high level of accuracy
 Assists project teams with timely identification, management and resolution of action items,
risks, and issues

Skills/ Qualifications:
 Must Haves:
o A Bachelor's Degree
o 5+ years of relevant experience
o Intermediate level of experience with MS Office - Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
o Shows intermediate skills in JIRA, Remedy, Tableau and advanced skills in SharePoint,
Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
o Effective handling of highly sensitive, and often highly confidential, information using
exemplary judgment, tact and diplomacy
o Exposure to budget, forecast and resource management
o Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall
o Good written/ verbal communication including effective interpersonal skills

 Good to have:
o Knowledge of EVD for Project Management
