    Tried the following maintenance procedures:

     Disk Cleanup
     Disk Defrag
     Checkdisk
     Reformat and Reinstall Windows operating System.

     Carry out on site Globe and Smart wireless internet testing.


     Carry out stability testing for our forticlient VPN.

    Recommendation

    Between the two ISP’s that are currently available, We hereby recommend Globe Broadband with a
    maximum number of 1 user only. Exceeding the advised user limit may affect the speed and stability of
    internet connection, which may reflect on the transaction processing time of the user.

    For future site upgrade and additional users, we highly recommend subscription to a wired internet
    connection (Converge,Globe,Pldt).
