    My Name is MARK LESTER SAMONTE DARAUAY and would like to inform you that I am
    working on our Company as a Nurse Auxiliary (FEBRUARY 2020 – NOVEMBER 2020) and
    transferred to Administrative Division as an Information Technology Assistant since November
    23, 2021 to present. I am currently applying for a Visit Visitor Visa in Canadian Embassy and
    one of the requirements for this is my recent job certificate. In connection with this, I am humbly
    requesting the said document and in addition please indicate on my certificate that I am currently
    regular employee and under employment bond policy.
