1.) In reviewing my own performance, I can say that i have worked efficently by
"Getting ramped-up in a short time- just a week.
Worked under Minimal supervision.
This includes, dealing with CPM,SA's for multiple projects and update the project
related update on daily basis in Ctrl excel sheets.
Project releases- Handled a bigger project-"VPNC Volte WIFI" where there was
multiple Solution Impacted.
"ENM services" and "ENM Core system integretion"-
Modified and colleced info for MCI and updated PRIM.
Kept MCI and PRIM upto date always as per Eridoc updates.
Pro-actively follow up with SA and CPM for the udpates & Set up calls to SA's when
needed for explaining the requirement for Solution Impact.
Always worked with clarity- Kept calls with Alberto to clarify the tasks.
Always cleared NO CM projects to respective excel sheet and moved to project
folder. Eg: Masmovil had multiple projects to be cleared. and Orange also.

2.) Share "My Tasks sheet" - explain the multi tasking and large customer projects
with numbers.
Owning bigger customers- where there are 20+ ongoing/finished projects been
handled.

--- Major accomplishtment

1.) I have worked in a organised manner,and have got Appreciation from Alberto &
his higher management in SolCM CU Iberia.
And i see this as a major accomplishtment.
2.) Alberto has appreciated almost all the weeks for the solutions and the clarity
i get from communicating with him as well as CPM/SA.
This way it reduces re-doing certain tasks by gathering missing info.
3.) Help the CU Iberia team when they upload docs/ face issues in Eridoc. People
reach out to me for this. Alberto also appreciated me for this in weekly call.

--- Room for Growth

I see there is potential room for growth , in Devops and grow my skills.
Its been around 3-4 months i joined SolCM CU Iberia team, so in another year i
would see myself with CKAD certification and that would help me with
the Devops related roles.

--- Change in Job Stage/ Job Role

As my roles has expanded since i have joined the company, i would like to review my
Job stage/ job role so it better reflects my evolved responsibilties.

--- Compensation review

1.) I was hoping to be in this salary range, so it alligns with my job expectations
and my role.
Eg: 20LPA (Is my expectation as per the going rate of the market)
2.) I understand there is budget constraints and inability to provide me the
expected rise,
however i would like to understand if additional benefits, bonus, or overall
compensational benefits can be offered?
