This is an application for execution of decree passed in
Regular Civil Suit No. 875/2014.   The decree is for execution of
sale deed and for handing over possession of the suit property.
The decree holder contends that, the decree be executed by way
of   execution   of   document   by   Court.     Draft   of   the   sale   deed   is
produced on record by the decree holder as per list of documents
below Exh. 30.  

02. Perused the record.  heard ld. advocate for the decree
holder.   In view of Sub Rule (2) of Rule 34 of Order XXI of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the draft of the proposed sale deed
need   to   be   served   on   the   judgment   debtor.     Accordingly,   issue
notice to the judgment debtor in form No. 10 of appendix E of the
Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.   The notice shall
