Sir,
In reference to the above subject, a consent letter has been received for installation of Grid
Connected Rooftop Solar Power Plant in Buddha Smriti Park with conditions.

In this context following information needs to be considered before taking up the installation work:

1. As per Sr. no 3. of NOC – Our contractual agreement has provision for installation of plant and its
CMC for a period of 5 years after commissioning. In case during the tenure of contractual period,
the extension / modification of the roof is planned by BUDCO, then the shifting will be done by
BREDA/authorized agency on chargeable basis.

2. As per Sr. no 4. of NOC - The proposed solar power plant is designed to work on “AUTO” mode,
due to which there is no day to day operation required. However, the scope of work of M/s. Solex
includes Comprehensive maintenance Contract (CMC) for 5 years. Hence, it is requested to replace
the “operation and maintenance” word with “5 years CMC”.

In addition to above, it is requested to nominate a nodal officer for co-ordination purpose and also to carry out
the net metering activity.
