AUDIT MEETING MINUTES FOR JANUARY 20TH ,2023

Presentation from Mr. Dalia Prince on the;

• Vision.
Mr. Dalia Prince also talked about courses that Sunmaker offers and these include;
• Professional and Education
• Welding
• International certification programs
• Etc.
Mr. Ayyappa Ramasamy explained the different components in international certification
programs which include training trainers, provision of assistance etc.

Mr. Baguma Alfred then tackled welding in details and presented certification of participation.

Concerns from the Guest (Total Energy).

The Guest commended on the very wide scope of training program that we exhibited.

He asked if Mr. Fred Oulanyah (Equipment Inspector) is directly hired by Sunmaker and if he is
satisfied with the payment and his response was “I have been freelancing however am yet to sign
the contract”

The Guest also asked if we have any certifications. Mr. Dalia Prince showcased all the
certifications i.e Certification of Accreditation, ECTIB Certification, Scaffolding Etc.
Mr. Ayyappa Ramasamy then supplemented on the Joint training and certification in details.

The Guest then asked if we have a standard training procedure.


And advised on the following;

-Advised/emphasized that we have a clear scope of work plan for consistency purposes for both
participants and clients.

-He also suggested that we document (put in the system) everything i.e scope, standards to use,
duration etc since we outsource trainers. This helps with consistency.

-He says he will give us time to work on a proper training standard procedure.

-On references, he advised that;


• We break them down
• Have names written against signatures for record purposes

-Advised that we have an updated training procedure always depending on the project available.

-Also advised that we get extensive slides for manual lifting (something detailed).

-Add instructors’ guidelines for consistency since different instructors may have different
interpretations of the same subject.

-Cleared radius and working radius, requires a more detailed article to back up the images

-Image attached to (pay attention to the remaining rope between hoist block and bottom tip) to it,
add to make sure the block will not hit the tip of the hook

• Acknowledged that we have very good content however we need a very good trainer to
bring it out

• Commended on the good facilities

• Will give quick updates on email

Then took a tour around the facility
