PROJECT: Providing a Ray of Hope to the Future: Reading

ACTIVITY:
SECOND MEETING WITH THE GROUP

I.SUMMARY OF GROUP ACCOMPLISHMENT

Our group met on January 14, 2023, to talk about our project and the guidelines or plans we would be developing.
During that discussion, we talk about how to get the desired result and what will be needed to change or correct
some false information. We also talk about whether to reproduce or keep moving forward with our action plan and
work plan in the middle of the meeting. My group mates and I are gradually becoming more at ease with one another,
and they are taking a highly active part in the meeting.

II. FACILITATING FACTORS

If we don't take into consideration any supporting circumstances, our meeting won't be successful or productive. One
of the participants is open to input whenever it is offered and encourages others to voice their opinions as the group
meeting progresses. They can express their ideas and insights as a result of feeling more at ease. The meeting was
effective and successful as a result of everyone's enthusiastic participation.

III. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

Internet connectivity was one of the most common concerns we encountered during our online meeting. During
those instances, the host experienced a temporary disconnect and then reconnected. Even with the meeting about to
end, a participant disconnected.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS
The last time we used Zoom, it had a time limit because it was free, and since the meeting hadn't ended when it
stopped, we had to rejoin to finish the talk. We can therefore use a different platform in the future.

V. INSIGHTS/LEARNING
We are glad that we are becoming more comfortable with our group members, although we are still getting used to
our new surroundings and companions. It shouldn't be a difficult year. We are about to experience many wonderful
things, and I hope we will successfully complete our work or fulfill our obligations.
