Terms and conditions

Final Count and Menu Changes
The final menu and guest count and menu changes are due 12/10/2023 by 5:00pm. Requests for
changes made after that date may not be possible.

Payment
Anj's, Prod. requires payment in full on or before the day of the event.

Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, American Express, VISA, or Discover. All
federal, state and municipal regulations with regard to taxes will be strictly adhered to.

Cancellation
It is the responsibility of the client to notify the Anj's Productions if the client wishes to cancel
the order. Orders must be cancelled prior to 12/10/2023 by 5:00pm. Orders cancelled after that
time will require payment in full.

Food Safety
Client understands that consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or
eggs may increase the risk of food borne illness. These include sushi, Béarnaise and Hollandaise
sauces and rare/medium rare beef.

Waiver of Liability
The client agrees to irrevocably and unconditionally release Katherine’s Catering, Inc. from
liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss,
damage, illness, death or injury sustained by any participant in connection with any food,
services, personnel, beverages, rental items, props, entertainment, decorations or other items not
directly provided by Katherine’s Catering, Inc.

The above proposal is the exclusive product and property of Palazzo Antonio and is not to be
used by the recipient for any purpose except in direct relation to transactions and contracts
between the client and Anj's Productions

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into between La Virginia residence at January 25,2023 9:00
am to 2:30 pm Hereinafter referred to as the TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR; and the
Located at Mataas na Kahoy Batangas represented by its ANJ'S PRODUCTIONS Angelyn
Maldonado CEO hereinafter referred as the Company.
WITNESSETH
That in line with the Conference and Team Building Activities of the PRC Lipa branch this
January 25,2023, the Company wishes to engage and contract the service of ANJ'S
PRODUCTIONS as Team Building Facilitator do the participating Personnel;
That TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR represented himself to be competent to undertake the
aforementioned activity and agrees to complete the work in accordance with this agreement;
That the COMPANY shall pay the TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR the lump-sum process of
PESOS: 194,000.00(ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY) for the
duration of the Activity, Additional Costs, if any, shall be paid on an "as required" basis;
That the COMPANY And TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR Agrees to conduct the activity on
January 25,2023 at LA VIRGINIA RESORT from the time 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM ;
That unless terminated for cause, this agreement shall remain effective until the completion of
the project. IN WITNESS WHREOF, the parties hereunder set their hands this January 25, 2023
