Adapt to the developments of residents, lights also increase a lot which

leads to light pollution nowadays.


Light pollution is unwanted artificial light that has a negative effect on
the environment. Up to now, light pollution has caused a lot of trouble
to our daily life, wildlife behavior, and habitats.
First of all, light pollution has caused big damage to human health and
psychology. For example, light pollution affects to our physical health:
headache, fatigue, eyes or cancer. Also, light pollution affects our
emotions reducing sexual function.
Besides, an increased amount of light at night lowers results in sleep
deprivation, fatigue, headaches, stress, or anxiety.
Moreover, light pollution also affects the disruption of the ecosystem.
While flowers like night cacti bloom rely on insects for pollination, light
pollution has attracted insects which lead to the reduction of blooming
flowers. Apart from plants, animals like moths and fireflies are attracted
by light which leak for food and mate.
By the way, light pollution also releases more than 12 million tons of
CO2/ a year which takes more than 702 million trees to absorb to the
CO2
In conclusion, light population is increasing strongly in our world so that
we should reduce using light as possible not only to save our health but
also save animals life.
