o Action: Conceptualized and drove India chargeback [ IN CB] automation by working
with IN Payments team. Created repositories and utilized them for metric creation.

improvement in the hourly resolves by 325%
 Database creation for IN CB – Incoming CB data was not being recorded in our databases due
to lack of structured data storage mechanisms

databases using the internal repositories I had prepared. Also reduced the manual

o Result: Saved 30 hrs/wk and converted ~100 off queue production hours to on queue

 Bulk resolves – Leakage during a tool change had led to prioritization issues and resulted in
poor SLAs
o Action: Worked with program team to bulk flush tasks with lower $ value
o Result: Saved 427 hours’ worth of investigation time in a week
 Seller recovery – No established process for holding sellers liable for CB in IN space. Hence
losses were being borne by Amazon
o Action: Liaised with Policy team and worked towards updating India policies in line
with global policies
o Result: Recovered INR 1.57 Cr from sellers
