Two videos that I found interesting and the reason behind them.

Kyle Schwartz's video emphasizes the need for teachers to recognize and acknowledge the
stresses that students may be facing outside of the classroom and not make assumptions about
their abilities or motivations.

Rita Pierson's video emphasizes the power of a small push or encouragement to help students
reach their potential.

Both videos resonate with me as they reflect on my experiences where a lack of understanding
and encouragement helped me grow and succeed.
