Case Study
Case-1

One of Amit Sir's female friend is the head of


a department and another male friend is the
dean of other department The Dean had
wanted to invite Amit Sir to his department
for a long time, but the HOD ma'am had
already asked him to come in her department.
Amit Sir went to her department and
attended a lecture. They also ate pizza there,
and Dean Sir was at the other end of the
scholar desire. Now, HOD ma'am invited Amit
Sir several times and everything happened
again and again. Meanwhile, Dean Sir now
wishes Amit Sir in the morning and evening
and greets him first on his birthday. However,
when Amit Sir responds, he never responds,
and ignore him and his Calls
Case-2
One man and one female work at the
same company and are friends with
one another. On WhatsApp, male
friends frequently send hearts and
flowers to women. But his female
friend never responds to him and even
becomes upset with him. But she
always replies to his work-related
correspondence and completes the
tasks he assigns. Then, one day, the
male friend stopped sending her
flowers and hearts, and the female
friend stopped responding to his work-
related correspondence as well.

Q. 1 In this whole process what is your


learning outcomes?
Ans- In this whole process my learning
outcomes are, I learn about APA format
Style, I learn how to add references by
using citation, Barriers of Communication,
how to become a good listener.

Q. 2 Identify the communication barriers


in both cases and how to remove it?
Ans- Case Study 1: - In the first case study
barrier of communication is Psychological
Barrier. Psychological Barrier: - A
psychological barrier is a person’s state of
mind that can limit their ability to make
the right decisions. Psychological barriers
also affect the human capacity to
communicate.

Case Study 2: - In the second case study


communication barrier is Attitudinal
Barriers. Attitudinal Barrier: - Attitudinal
barriers is a term used for the set of
difficulties or challenges experienced by a
person with disabilities that result from
misunderstanding, confusing or ignoring
the disability.
