Premises

This agreement is entered between "The Institute of Chartered Accountants o'First

of Nepal" having
office at ICAN Marg, Satdobato, Lalitpur herein after referred to as Party" and

S.e.S Sterting Architecture Studio Pvt. Ltd herein after referred to as "Second
Party".

Whereas, ICAN has decided to take the services of Second Party and
the Second Party has offered to

premises, based on terms and conditions herein set forth to which both parties have agreed; and

Now, therefore the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Scope of Work of Second Party is as follows:

. The Second party will supervise/monitor the painting materials and other applied materials
as

per specified in BOQ.

. The second party will veris, the bill as submitted by the vendor.

. The second party will submit report to the first party after completion of work.

. Payment will be made by first party after submission of all reports.

2. Terms of Payment:
The fee for this assignment shall be NPR 56,443.50/- only.
3. Dispute and Settlements:
. Any dispute or differences arising out of this Agreement or in connection herewith shall be
amicably settled between the parlies.
. If the performance of second party is not satisfactory to the first party, the first party can
cancel the agreement stating appropriate reason.
. The term and condition of the agreement will be as mention in this agreement and the rest will
be according to the prevailing law of the Country.
In witness whereof, the parties hereto have signed this Agreement in his respective names and
exchanged each other as ofthe day and yearwritten hereunder.
