Subject: Internship Confirmation Letter

Dear Vinaya,

Congratulations! Further to your application for internship with us, and the subsequent
selection process, we are delighted to offer you an internship of 6 months in our organization.

The location of your initial reporting will be Virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The
date of your joining would be February 21st, 2022.

On your joining, you are expected to enter into an agreement, which details the scope,
terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreement (NDA) of your employment, the necessary
training, and contractual obligation to be with the “Softolytics Private Limited”.

At the end of your internship, you are eligible for a cumulative ₹ 15000.00 as a stipend, and
you can take only 3 sick leaves in your internship period. You are also eligible for a performance-
based incentives which will be decided and paid at the end of internship period.

The duration of your internship will be 6 months from the date of joining. The company
will solely reserve the right to make any further changes in the joining date and duration of the
internship.

Your employment will be governed by the rules, regulations, and policies of the company.
The terms of this offer letter shall remain confidential and are not to be disclosed to any third
party.
