AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ROLANDO D. PARIÑAS and FEMIE C. CAPILITAN, both of legal age,
Filipinos, married and residents of Purok Daisy, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga
del Sur, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say;

1. That we personally know FERNANDO L. ADONA JR, who is our late comrade
assigned in 1st Infantry (Tabak) Division, Philippine Army and a close neighbor for
over sixteen (15) years;

2. That his name as appearing in his Marriage Certificate is PVT FERNANDO L.

ADONA whereas in his PSA Birth Certificate, his name appeared as
FERNANDO L. ADONA JR;

3. That the reason why his name is spelled as PVT FERNANDO L. ADONA instead
of FERNANDO L. ADONA JR in his Marriage Certificate was due to oversight of
the person who prepared the document in ascertaining his complete name;

4. That in all his documents, he used the name FERNANDO L. ADONA JR, as it is
the correct spelling of his name;

5. That PVT FERNANDO L. ADONA in his Marriage Certificate and FERNANDO L.

ADONA JR in his PSA Birth Certificate refer to one, single and the same person
and there is no other person in our locality with the same name as that of his.;

6. That we know the foregoing facts because we are long time neighbors and
comrades of FERNANDO L. ADONA JR;

7. That we are not related to him either by consanguinity or affinity and has no
interest in whatever this affidavit could be of use either directly or indirectly;

8. That we execute this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
establish that PVT FERNANDO L. ADONA and FERNANDO L. ADONA JR
refer to one, single and the same person, and for whatever legal purpose this
affidavit may serve.

NENE SALAHUDDIN;

3. That the reason why her name is spelled as NENE SALABUDDIN instead of
NENE SALAHUDDIN in her PSA CENOMAR and in the PSA CENOMAR of her
late husband was due to oversight of the person who prepared the document in
ascertaining his complete name;

4. That in all her documents, she used the name NENE SALAHUDDIN, as it is the
correct spelling of his name;

5. That NENE SALABUDDIN in her PSA CENOMAR and in the PSA CENOMAR of
her late husband and NENE SALAHUDDIN in her PSA Birth Certificate refer to
one, single and the same person and there is no other person in our locality with
the same name as that of her.;

6. That we know the foregoing facts because we are long time neighbors of NENE
S. ADONA;

7. That we are not related to her either by consanguinity or affinity and has no
interest in whatever this affidavit could be of use either directly or indirectly;
