    1) What is management

    Management is the process of getting things done effectively and efficiently


    with and through people.

    2) Why management is important

    Management is important because it helps for managers or people to plan,


    organise, lead and control a work performance. In addition, it will benefit from
    efficiently and effectively running businesses and allow us to well-managed
    the organisation.

    3) List all the management function

    - Planning
    - Organising
    - Leading
    - controlling

    4) List THREE (3) skills required to be a manager.

    - Conceptual skills

    - Interpersonal skills

    5) In your opinion, how learning management will help you in life.

    In my opinion, learning management will help me on how to analyse


    and diagnose a situation in an organisation. Next, it involves me to
    communicate with others that allow me to have connections among other
    employees as well as my top manager. As a result,I can improve my
    leadership skills as I can communicate with my team members. Last but not
    least, I also can improve my skills on how to do my tasks more efficiently and
    to achieve my goals.
