online learning which can be categorize into asynchronous and synchronous,
the blended learning the combination of online and traditional classroom and
the mobile learning which compose of online learning specifically focuses
on asynchronous learning.
Frame 3 indicated the problems encountered in e-learning such as the
gaps between assigning the tasks and reliable evaluation tools to measure

the standard in a given output of the learners. The adherence to the

standard found in the curriculum of the subject entrepreneurship.
Frame 4 presents the proposed training program after identifying
the problem encountered in implementing e-learning approaches in teaching

Validation of the Research Instrument

Validity and reliability is vital in this study in minimizing margins of
errors. The following will be used as guidelines in administering the research
instrument.
1. Before the pre-test and post-test it is imperative to inform the ABM
students about the directions and to make sure that participants
will answer the instrument in a truthful manner.
2. The participants is given enough time to answer the pre-test before
the lessons in entrepreneurship begins.

3. Multiple choice of examination is given to the participants in which

questions and answers corresponds from the learning
competencies found in the curriculum guide.
