Subject: Gala Dinner Proposal

Dear Mr. Wi,

I am writing this email to seek your approval for our company’s Gala Dinner event. The event is going
to be held on Saturday 4th January 2023. The main intention of the event is to celebrate our
company 30th anniversary.

The activities that will be carried out during this one-night event are so many, one of it is cutting a
big cake ceremony. We also have some performances that going to entertain every people. The
most exciting part is the best dressed awards which is Masquerade theme as followed our theme on
that night.

The main course on that night is spaghetti carbonara and beef steak. Pink lemonade is our choice for
drink and we also have hot tea and coffee for who cannot drink cold.

With regard to the funding, we are hopeful that the company will provide some through the
sponsorship. The amount we need is will stated later because it still in discussion. When we receive
your permission, we'll provide the finance management the comprehensive budget plan. Poster will
be our medium to promote the event.

We will get together once the project is authorised to go over the event's specifics. Please respond
favourably, we await it.
