MINUTES OF VIRTUAL MEETING WITH SCHOOL HEADS & MASTER TEACHERS

RE: SUBMISSION OF 2ND QUARTER GRADES REPORT, NAT Examinations & DISTRICT INSET ACTIVITY

TIME STARTED: 4:02 PM – 5:25 PM

PRESENT: SCHOOL HEADS & MASTER TEACHERS

1. SUBMISSION OF 2ND QUARTER GRADES OF STUDENTS

 Monthly plan was submitted already thru link.

 Goal is for the District reports to beat the deadlines.
 District deadline of report is FEBRUARY 6, 2023, and Sir Mike Braganza is the consolidator.
 Division deadline of report is FEBRUARY 11, 2023
 The Format for 2nd Quarter assessment data gathering was introduced in the slide.
 Should put ANALYSIS in the reports.
 Mam NERISSA of BPCHS was designated to consolidate the reports of private schools and submit to Sir
Mike Braganza.
 “Least Learned Competencies” to be included in the reports.
2. NAT examination of senior high school (Grade 12) reminders
 SHADING practice for the examinees, memorize the LRN#, Birthdate, CP#, bring 2 pencils, wear school ID,
bring water, towel, and snack.

3. DISTRICT INSET ACTIVITY

 Kinder to grade 6 and grade 7-12, all teachers can have demonstration opportunity.
 Topic should be derived from “Least Mastered Competencies” from 1 st quarter to 4th quarter.
 Full pledge School Heads together with the Master Teachers will be the one to ASSESSED the LESSON
PLANS.
 There will be a separate committee for the elementary and separate committee for the secondary, for
lesson plan assessments.
 There shall be 2 teachers per grade level to demonstrate in BIG SCHOOLS while one per grade level for
SMALL SCHOOLS.
 Demonstration during the SLACK
 Aspiring MT will be given a chance next time to demonstrate in SLACK.
 Strategy: There will be “Certificate of Recognition” that will be provided by PSDS
 Lesson plans shall be actual presented to the learners and shall be observe by the School heads.
 The Observations for good interventions for the best lesson plan will be captured in the “Best Practices.”

Mam Leah question: Is the Inset by School? And how many days activity? How about make it as a festival.
Answer: It is by school and it’s a 5-day activity; It’s good to make it as a festival but we need to gather first the strengths of
our teachers, we are giving freedom to our teachers to innovate and to be creative based on the criteria of least mastered
competencies.

Mam Emmalyn question about submission:

Answer: INSET lesson plan first we are going to submit and have demonstration and the other certificate will be provided in
teaching it.

Sir Sali question regarding groupings:

Answer: Small high schools can join but the reports will be separated.

Regarding the ANNUAL REPORT 2021 each school was advised to print a school copy and ensure that the formats will be
utilized in the preparation of next year report.

Sir Supe question regarding the schedule of checking of the Lesson Plan.

Answer: February 1-5, 2023, is the checking of the lesson plans

Mam Zaida Barrameda question regarding the MT coming to schools:

Answer: Full pledged SH together with MT will be the one to observe and have their schedule of coming to schools.

Private schools can request MT to give technical assistance to their teachers.
