porary, transitional, rental accommoda-
tion from 4 to 24 months.
Intake for Phase 1 was completed in
December. From the 130 homeowners/
renters identified as needing assistance
to transition away from the Red Cross
emergency supports, 20 displaced citi-
zens were accepted as renters for the 31
new manufactured homes set up in Dia-
mond Vale Mobile Home Park.
Phase 2 applications are open now.
