SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THREE (3) IAS PERSONNEL TO AGIA
OPERATIONS AUDIT SEMINAR ON AUGUST 2-5, 2022

In reference to the attached Association of Government Internal Auditors, Inc. (AGIA)

invitation for the 3rd Quarter of CY 2022 online seminars or Webinar dated May 17, 2022,
we hereby request the participation of three (3) IAS personnel in the AGIA Operations
Audit Webinar to be held on August 2-5, 2022 via zoom.

This Seminar will enable the participants to discover tools and resources to enhance work
processes through internal auditing strategies in order to continuously add value to the
Agency.

Registration fee per participant of P2,500.00 (or a total of P7,500.00) and other related
expenses for this seminar shall be charged to IAS 2022 budget subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
