1. Explain the Public and Private Interest theories of regulation. How does it differ from each

other.

2. Elucidate the nature and functioning of regulatory agencies in the United States by giving

suitable examples.

3. Examine the nature and functioning of TRAI as regulator in India. Comment on the

independent nature of TRAI as a regulator.

4. Examine the interference of government over independent agencies with suitable

examples.

5. Examine the role played by the Administrative Tribunals in regulation.

6. Explain the concept of delegation of regulatory powers of state.

7. Narrate the emergence of SEBI as regulatory agency in India.

8. Examine the role played by the courts in controlling the regulatory agencies in India.
