Mid-morning:

Frequency: Aim to exercise at least 3-5 times per week, with at least one day of rest in
between.
Duration: Start with shorter exercise sessions of 10-15 minutes, and gradually increase the
duration over time. Eventually, aim for 30-60 minutes of exercise per session.
