During the 18 years of my life, I have gone to countless restaurants and eaten
countless dishes. There are many dishes that leave an impression on me, but the
most outstanding dish is a very special dish, stir-fried beef with bell pepper. The
way to make this dish is quite complicated and the ingredients are quite a lot. To
make this dish, you need to prepare about 200 grams of beef, 3 bell peppers, half
an onion, shallot, 1 garlic, and a quarter of ginger root. You also need to prepare
seasonings such as salt, sugar, pepper, seasoning, fish sauce, MSG, sesame oil,
cooking oil, and pepper. First, cut the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the beef, then put in a large bowl and add a teaspoon of minced
shallot, minced ginger, half a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of fish sauce, a little
MSG, and a little pepper. Marinate for about 15 minutes, then add 2 teaspoons of
sesame oil to the bowl. Step through the bell pepper processing. Put bell peppers in
a pot of boiling water and add a pinch of salt. Next step, add the minced garlic to
the oil pan and then add the marinated meat to stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
Remove the beef from the pan, put it on a plate, and add the bell pepper and onion
to the pan, add some seasoning, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the stir-
fried beef back to the pan and stir-fry it with the bell peppers for another 2 minutes.
Finally, remove to a plate and enjoy. This dish really has a very specific taste, the
tenderness of the beef and the slight sweetness of bell peppers make me unable to
resist every time I see this dish.
