windows as agreed in the meeting
held on 22nd July 2022
Min/6/4 -INSPECTION OF WET AREAS
- The MC was guided to follow the
approved layouts for the (pupils)
boys’ and girls’ washrooms on either
floor as they met the design
standards.
-Windows in the wet areas will be
maintained at 1500mm from the
finished floor level
-The MC was guided on the layout for washrooms and lady’s

- It was agreed that the science
lab and lab technicians’ office will
be placed on 4F
-The MC was guided on how to
proceed with walling in the area

the location of the lab, and
positions of doors and walling
-Mechanical Engineer to liaise
with Head Teacher and Lab
Specialist to provide drawings
of service features to be
installed in Science
Laboratory
- Services Engineers will
provide for all specialized
rooms as per design and user
requirements for these
spaces and issue drawings to
M.C
-M.C to proceed with walling
and plaster where services
are ready

-The MC was issued with drawings
for the Roof plan and elevation
views.

-The C/S Engineer agreed to update

roof designs

-The R.C slab at the top most level on

the side of the secondary staircase
was determined as the Tank area as
opposed to washrooms for the
Youth Hall.

-The Architect provided drawings for

consideration to guide the Youth Hall
design team on the layout of the
fifth-floor level.

-It was observed that, from 3F, the - The Project Arch. to

school block.
