INTRODUCTION
Many students have already forgotten their local dialects and have
made English their major language of communication,

To maintain and teach children about the original culture, the


Department of Education (DEPED) uses mother tongue-based
multilingual education.
According to DepEd, starting 2013 the Mother Tongue-Based-
Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE) will be implemented in all public
schools, specifically for kindergarten,
grades 1, 2, and 3, as part of the K-12 basic education program.
OBJECTIVES

The study‟s goal was to create a Mother Tongue Web based


Learning tool to enhance the learning ways of the students by
using the modules and existing education system for teaching
mother tongue language dialect.
Specifically, the study will:

 The researcher aim is to make the studying for the mother tongue more convenient, friendly,
and
efficient by eliminating the needs of paper work and visual aids.

 To reduce the amount of time that teacher spends creating visual aids.

 Encourage students to learn more and enjoy the local dialect by having a quiz and games after
every lessons level.

 To Develop a Web based Learning tool application where the modules by grade levels,
dictionaries and Songs that the students and teachers need is already given .

 To convert and adopt the manual system of teaching students and using the modules to our
web-based technology learning tool.

 To provide a user friendly web based application that can access to our mother tongue dialect
related information and contents.
