People are currently focusing on COVID-19, but we must not forget about other infectious

diseases such as HIV, AIDS, and STDs, which still exist. HIV, AIDS, and STDs are all serious
infections that affect our immune systems. They have the potential to damage our lives. These
disorders would impair not only our bodies but also our confidence. It will have an impact on our
mental, emotional, and physical health since it kills immune system cells that aid in the body's
battle against infections and diseases, and people will avoid you. You'll be embarrassed by
yourself. As a result, we must have a thorough understanding of the causes and consequences
of these disorders. We all know that these diseases can be contracted through sexual activity,
contact with people who have these diseases, and poor sex hygiene. It really sounds alarming.
We can, however, stay away from it. We must look after ourselves as teenagers; I have no
intention of having a boyfriend because I have never had one. My first concern is my
academics. It's difficult for me to enter into a relationship because it could interfere with my
academics, but if I ever do, I'll set certain ground rules. I will not engage in sexual activities
because it is a sin and should take place after the wedding, and I do not want to develop these
diseases. I must also maintain proper hygiene. I'll also advise my friends, relatives, and
acquaintances with lovers to be aware of their boundaries. I'll set aside time to research and
study these diseases so that I can be properly informed about them and share what I've learned
with others. What I can advise to others who are already having sexual relations with others is
that they should take care of their hygiene and themselves by eating nutritious foods, exercising
regularly, and so on. They can avoid contracting these infections by using preventative
measures such as condoms and contraception. They must be faithful to their partners and
refrain from having additional sexual partners. Never share needles, syringes, or other injecting
equipment, and make sure they don't get blood from someone else's wound or sore. Also, I
would advise them to consult a doctor for further examination and to determine whether they
have any of these diseases in order to prevent them from spreading. Finally, I will plan and
encourage my friends, family, and acquaintances to create a poster, share it on social media,
and start a program in our community or place to educate and raise awareness among others,
particularly the youth, about these diseases, their effects, symptoms, and how to prevent them
so that they are informed and can help lots of other people avoid them. These diseases are
serious and once you have it, you'll have it for a longtime. Thus, we need to protect ourselves
for our own good and healthy living.
