As a buyer I need Purchase Orders created in Oracle EBS to be available in the

Hellenic system in real time to ensure the PO is available for receipting

AC:

PO’s have been created for valid Woodheads Supplier

PO’s have been created for the following Oracle item types using the current Oracle
EBS process:

Raw Material

Packaging

Ingredients

Finished Goods

Intermediates

PO’s have been created for the following Woodheads SHIP TO Orgs:-

Woodheads Colne Manufacturing (CLN)

Woodheads Spalding Manufacturing (SPL)

Woodheads Turriff Manufacturing (TRF)

Note: Ship to location can include specific storage locations i.e. packaging can
contain 'OFFSITE'

PO’s must have a Need By Date of Today or have a Future Need By Date

Note: packaging purchase orders can be raised up to 13 weeks in advance or more

PO’s statuses are set to Approved

Each individual Purchase Order is integrated into Services as soon as it has been
Approved in Oracle EBS (real time)

Only PO’s created for the 3 Woodheads Orgs listed below are integrated into the
Service (have a valid Inventory Org)

CLN - Colne

SPL - Spalding

TRF- Turriff

Please refer to the attached documents for examples of purchase orders created in
the last 6 months for all 3 sites
