Findings, Suggestions and Conclusion

5.1 findings:
1. Most of the Employees are female is working in the organization.

2. 53.3% of the respondents are strongly agree with the employee engagement is
the reason for increasing productivity.
3. 51.1% of the respondents are agree with the organization initiating regular
communication & feedback with employees.
4. 48.9% of the respondents are agree with the good relationship between
employer &employee.
5. 55.5% of the respondents are strongly agree with the fair pay structure.

6. 53.3% of the respondents are agree with the shift wise work.

7. 35.5% of the respondents are agree with the compensation.

8. 42.2% of the respondents are agree with the empowered at the work.

9. 44.4%of the respondents are strongly agree with the employee engagement can
lead the organization success.
10. 26.7% of the respondents are strongly agree with favoritism is spoil the
working environment.
11. 48.9% of the respondents are agree with the emotionally engaged with their
work.
12. 40%oftherespondentsareagreewiththetrust&integritybetweenemployees’
performance &co-workers.
13. 46.7% of the respondents are agree with support & empowerment pertains to
providing co-workers.
5.1 Suggestions:
1. At the time of work, organization has to comprise all the required details such as
circular, notice board, and mail to the workers.
2. The organization has to fulfill their workers while giving greater number of
paybacks so that workers are get more motivated.
3. The organization engage the workers & boast them regarding the work, allow
the to whole their workplace goal greater efficiently so that the productivity will
increase.
4. The organization has to circumvent the doing preference for the particular
person or else it spoil the working atmosphere.
5. The organization has to avoid the shift wise work like tumbling the hours or
reducing any one shift which is more appropriate for workers so that the
workers are happy to work.
6. Management workers are truly effective &the organization as to industrialized
durable relationship with their workers.
7. The organization has to identify hard graft workers and give greater number of
bonus, appreciation and benefits for doing good work.
8. Employee engagement stimulates the workers transparency and honesty in
working atmosphere like frankness between workers and organization, trust,
communicating clearly and workplace culture etc.
9. Giving awards and rewards to the workers to their performance, so it will keep
them to engaged in the work.
10. If management delivers an excellence material for the fabrication the workers
are also engaged at the work.
11. The organization will not give more encumbrance to the workers because they
were already gratified with tapping struggle into their job.
12. The management delivers health check-up’s or health camps for the workers
quarterly twice for the workers; it also retains them engaged in the work.
5.2 Conclusion:
Engagement of employees plays an important part inside the company. It varies from
people to people, industry to industry. Every company wants to reasonable market but
the company needs to have well engaged employees. There is suspicion that well
engaged employees appreciated assets to the organization and there is the reason for
accumulative output.

In the company most of the employees have been agree it demonstrate that the workers
and organization have a good relationship. It signifies the employee engaged in the
work.

In this company has focused more on the workers with appositive level of
commitments level their resource this can be significant to develop the management has
more efficiency, and prosper better in future. The management have to recognize the
significance of engaged employees and they must realize various organizational
strategies, benefits, gratitude programmed, level of obligation, bonus, fair pay structure,
salary and reward system. The results designate there is a positive connection among
workers assignments strategies and employee’s functioning. Hence the employee
engagement strategies are connected to the performance of the workers.
