Dear Sir/Madam, 

This is in connection with the Offer Letter dated _______ issued by <Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. / Company>
offering me employment with the Bank/Company.   

I am scheduled to join the Bank/Company from (14/11/2022). However, I have appeared for my final exams from
(please provide the full name of the University/Board/ Institute)’. I will be receiving my final year
marksheets/Degree Certificate by <February/2023>.

I hereby undertake to immediately submit with the Bank/Company the Marksheets/ Degree Certificate upon receipt
of the same from my University/Board. I undertake to immediately inform the Bank/Company of all the
developments and/or information and/or correspondence exchanged between me and/ or my University/Board.

In the meanwhile, please find enclosed;

1. My first and second year marksheets and/or certificates.

2. For third year, Bonafide letter from University/ Board /Institute

I hereby undertake to indemnify and keep the Bank/Company fully indemnified, safe and harmless, free from and
against all or any losses, claims, damages or expenses, penalties, levies and/or any liability or otherwise.

In case if I am unsuccessful in clearing my final exams, the Bank/Company can take suitable action basis the
policies/processes.

I expressly agree to do any and all acts and execute any and all documents in such manner and at such location(s) as
may be required by the Bank/Company to protect, perfect or enforce any of the rights of the Bank/Company under
the Offer Letter. I undertake to render all help/assistance to the Bank/Company including, but not limited to,
providing all information, documents and actively participating in the court/forum/tribunal/legal proceedings. 

I confirm that I have stated all the facts and everything stated above is the complete truth. I have not concealed any
information including relevant or material information. This undertaking shall form an integral part of the Offer
Letter and shall be treated as a part of my employment agreement with the Bank/Company.
