Dear Parents / Guardians and Learners

We have come to the end of the 2022 school year. We are overwhelmingly thankful towards all our
staff and learners for their cooperation and dedication. As a school we were able to return to some
sense of normalcy after the challenges of COVID-19.
We would like to wish all our learners and their families a blessed Festive season. May you enjoy
the time with your family and have a very Merry Christmas. We wish everyone peace, love,
happiness and prosperity for the new year.
1. COLLECTION OF REPORTS
To avoid large numbers of people gathering at school we have decided to make multiple days
available for the handing out of reports. Please take note that reports will only be handed out to
those learners whose school fees are paid up to date and have handed back all textbooks and
resource material on loan from the school. School fees were charged over 11 months this year;
thus the last payment of school fees should have been made by the 7th of November. We would
like to urge parents and learners to try and collect reports as soon as possible so that there is time
to attend to any administrative tasks.
The following days are available for collecting of reports

 Thursday 24 November Ed-U-Buddies reports will be handed to the learners

 Monday 28 November 9:00-12:00 Grade 1-7
 Tuesday 29 November 9:00-12:00 Grade 1-7
 Wednesday 30 November 9:00-12:00 Grade 8-11
 Thursday 1 December Office closed
 Friday 2 December 9:00-12:00 Grade 8-11

All reports will be handed out from the High School Classrooms
2. ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2023

 Reopening: The office will reopen on the 9th of January. The School will reopen on Monday
16 January for learners (public schools will reopen on Wednesday 11 January). Please
remember that the January fee must be settled by the 7th of January.

  Stationery packages: will be available from school for the various grades during the first
two weeks after reopening. The packages will be sold cash only.
o Stationary packages is compulsory for the following grades:
 All Ed-U-Buddies
 Grade 1-3
 Grade 8
 Registrations for 2023: We still have some space in certain grades. If there are parents
who are looking to enrol a child, please contact the school as soon as possible.
 Uniform Store: The uniform store will be open on the following days: 22, 24, 28, 29 and 30
November, 1 December. Please ensure to purchase all the necessary school uniform
before the school closes. The uniform store will also reopen on the 9th of January.
3. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 The school office will be open until 2 December from 8H00-12H00.

 Learners who have completed their examinations do not have to attend school anymore.
