that took effect on February 23, 2019 mandates corporation vested with public interest to elect a compliance officer.
This role must be separate from a corporate secretary. Furthermore, you can level up for a career promotion to have a
rank of senior vice president in an organization based on Section 1.6 of the Code of Corporate Governance for Publicly-
Listed Corporations.
This eleven-session certification course is to equip compliance officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope
