CLASSROOM SHARED AGREEMENT

Classroom management is an essential part of learning. It helps in achieving the desired

goals that the class agrees to reach at the end of each term, quarter, or grading period. The
objectives must be set before the start of classes so the teaching and learning process will be done
properly. As much as possible, students will be informed what to expect from them and at the same
time, the teacher will have a set of guidelines as bases for the management and supervision of
academic progress.

Generally, the purpose of the Classroom Shared Agreement is to make sure students establish
specific standards regarding grading and submission of outputs (written tasks, performance tasks,
and quarterly assessments), submission of rating sheets on time, and class discipline specifically on
cheating and copying of answers.

Therefore, to be able to achieve our classroom goals and objectives, the following set of agreements
are designed:

1. Grading of Outputs.
All outputs required in the subject can be graded or ungraded. Ungraded outputs are still
required to be accomplished based on the desired schedule. Graded outputs are scored
based on the rubrics or rating system set by the teacher and agreed upon by the students.
Once a task or activity is graded, the score is already final unless the teacher instructs you to
improve the quality of your work and that resubmission of the task or activity is required. After
that, changing the scores or ratings is not allowed anymore. You are required to read the
rubrics before responding to the activity to be guided on how outputs will be organized.

2. Submission of Outputs.
All class outputs in the subject must be submitted on time. Refer to the deadline posted in the
Google Classroom. If your outputs are not submitted on time and your submission already
exceeds more than fourteen (14) days after the deadline, you will only get twenty percent
(20%) of the highest possible score whether the output is submitted or not. This also means
that no further extension of the deadline is allowed. You are to accomplish final outputs on or
before June 16, 2022.

3. Cheating and Copying of Answers and Responses.

When you are caught cheating or copying one’s answers, this means you commit dishonesty.
As part of the discipline, each group of students doing the said action will only receive fifty
percent (50%) of the score they get from the task or activity.

4. Submission of Rating Sheets.

Once rating sheets are submitted and received by the principal or the dean of the department,
grades are already final. You are not allowed to change the ratings anymore.

Any information stipulated in this agreement is not allowed to be shared with anyone. Sharing
information without asking permission from the teacher and the entire members of the class means
you will be subjected to appropriate disciplinary action.

By attaching the picture of your printed name and signature into the space provided below on
this Classroom Shared Agreement means you AGREE to the above statements. Furthermore, you
also agree to abide by the rules of this agreement.
