ANNEX D (LOGISTICS) TO NFWM CMO “SUPORTA” NFWM CAMPLAN

1. SITUATION: See Basic Plan

2. MISSION:

On orders CMOU-WM will conduct of Psychological Operation / Information

Support Affairs utilizing Radio Broadcast Program “Fuerza Naval” simultaneously with
Social Media Flatforms complemented by Civil Affairs and Public Affairs to effectively
and efficiently address the claims of PAHRA, ALSC and the Muslim petitioners in order
to prevent the spread of false information and the propagation of fear among the people
of Western Mindanao regarding the Republic Act 11479 or the Anti-Terror Law (ATL).

3. EXECUTION:

PURPOSE: I intend to conduct intensified Psychological Operation / Information

Support Affairs activities supported by CA and focused PA to inform the public in order
to prevent the spreading of false information and the propagation of fear among the
people of Western Mindanao and to effectively and efficiently address the claims of
PAHRA, ALSC and the Muslim petitioners against the implementation of the Anti-Terror
Law.
METHOD: To utilize all CMOU-WM personnel in coordination with NFWM and its
OPCON units in partnership with LGUs, LGAs, LEAs, NGOs and Media Company in
coordination with other CMO units/elements of other AFP units.

END STATE: Local Populace Support, International Community Support, Multi-

Agency and Stakeholders cooperation to NFWM effort in support to the passage of the
Anti-Terror Law. Upon completion of the operations, the sustainment activities will focus
on dissemination through Radio Broadcast Program “Fuerza Naval” and social Media
platforms in order for the public to be well aware and informed.

a. Concept of Logistics Support

1) Phase I: Preparation Phase
During preparation Phase: CMOUWM4 will ensure the following
Requirements:
 Coordinate with HHQS for other Supplies needed
 Request for additional Logistical requirements

d) SA of personnel distributed to Mess PO/Officer
e) PETRON fleet card will be provided with monthly Allocations

e) Basic loads of ammunition will be provided to CMOU-WM and
issuance of same is available as required.
f) Medical supplies sustain and issued to CMO Teams.
