The Social Dynamics

According to Merriam Webster, Social Dynamics is a branch of social physics
that deals with the laws, forces, and phenomena of change in society.

Social dynamics can refer to the behavior of groups that results from the interactions
of individual group members as well to the study of the relationship between
individual interactions and group level behaviors. The field of social dynamics brings
together ideas from Economics, Sociology, Social Psychology, and other disciplines,
and is a sub-field of complex adaptive systems or complexity science. Social

Understanding ICT
information Technology
Communicatio
n
Information and communication technology (ICT) refers to all technologies
that enable access to various types of information through communication.
These technologies include all mediums that you can use to record and store
information, plus all tech features that enable you to broadcast and transmit
that information through various channels, like voice, text and video. The
number of services and technologies that fit within this term is constantly
growing along with advances in technology, enabling the transmission of larger
quantities of information at increasingly higher speeds.

Social Media’s Impact on Civil-Military
Relations key benefits to social media platforms:
1. interactive experiences and the ability to report and respond to
events as they unfold;
2. information integration and the ability to synthesize information
across issues; widespread audiences and the ability to exchange
with multiple groups at once; data immediacy and having access to
information in real time; and logical, simple computer interfaces that
enable usability.
3. With so many military members using the platforms on a daily basis
and military operations’ global and fast-changing pace, social media
offers military officers a way to collaborate, share best practices, learn
from each other’s experiences, and stay updated on topics relevant to
their units in real time.
